This project is a professionally produced, studio-based content initiative taking place in Rapid City, South Dakota. The production will involve multiple photographers and videographers working collaboratively to deliver a cohesive set of editorial and commercial-quality visual assets. The objective is to provide participating brands with high-value content suitable for marketing and promotional use, while enabling strategic cross-exposure among all collaborators.

Vendor participation is intentionally limited to maintain production quality and ensure appropriate creative coverage for each brand. Two structured investment tiers are offered, each with clearly defined deliverables. A creative moodboard has been developed to establish the overall aesthetic and styling direction and is provided solely as a reference. Final execution will reflect an original interpretation aligned with the project’s creative framework, with vendor input considered where appropriate.

Reference imagery is provided for inspiration and styling guidance. While similar elements may be used, all final content will be executed through our own creative interpretation.

We are seeking a curated selection of items that somewhat align with the provided mood-board. Items including unique garments such as large coats, exotic jackets and statement pieces (not required to be seasonally oriented), boots, hats, bags and accessories, scarves, jewelry, and other props that complement the overall concept and styling direction. These items will be paired and carefully styled with other participating brand items. While we’re leaning into a more untraditional tone, we welcome any products vendors would like to showcase, with final discretion over which items are selected. Please ask us for assistance if you are unsure about which items to loan.

While our focus is on capturing intentional photos of each product provided in its own light, this production includes the (optional) controlled use live animal props — specifically large snakes. All animals will be handled by experienced and knowledgeable owners. Extensive protocols will be followed to ensure participant safety and maintain the condition of all vendor-supplied items. Vendors may choose to opt out of the live animal prop portion. Photos do not have to include the snakes!

Participation is managed through a formal agreement outlining expectations, usage rights, crediting requirements, and liability. Confirmation of participation requires execution of the agreement and receipt of a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Reference imagery is provided for inspiration and styling guidance. While similar elements may be used, all final content will be executed through our own creative interpretation.

We have designated the following day to capture additional casual, lifestyle-focused imagery using the remaining products outdoors. If vendors have specific looks or styling preferences for their items, this will be the ideal time to incorporate those requests.

• What types of items are you looking to feature?

  We are seeking unique garments (not required to be seasonally oriented), boots, hats, bags and accessories, scarves, jewelry, and additional clothing or props that align with and enhance the provided mood board.

• What can the content be used for?

  All delivered assets are intended for marketing, promotional, and social media use. Specific usage rights will be defined within the agreement. Content may not be shared with a third-party in any degree without prior written consent from the host.

• Will additional content be available beyond the guaranteed deliverables?

  Yes. Additional photo and video content produced by other creators involved in the project may be available for purchase following delivery.

• Are vendors able to provide input on styling or item selection?

  Yes. We take all vendor suggestions into account subject to alignment with the project’s creative direction and production constraint. However the hosts are responsible for final styling discretion.

• How will items be protected during the shoot?

  All items will be handled with care in a controlled studio environment. Live animals will be managed by experienced handlers, and precautions will be taken to prevent damage or contamination.

• What happens if an item is damaged?

  Any damage will be assessed based on cause and circumstances. Responsibility and resolution will be governed by the terms outlined in the signed agreement.

• How do I confirm a slot?

  Participation is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and the required deposit.

• Will vendors be credited when content is shared?

  Yes. All participants are required to credit and tag contributing brands and creators when sharing content, in accordance with provided guidelines. Vendors who do not comply with the terms of our agreement will be invoiced an additional fee to retain access to the finalized albums. We charge additional fee’s for exclusivity.
